Ahmet Ozer, born in 1972, graduated from Bogazici University Department of Economics in 1994. In 1996, after working on project management in various companies for two years, he joined Dogan Group. As the Strategy and Business Development Manager in Dogan Holding, he contributed to creation of future strategies of the Group and taking advantage of new investment fields. At the same time, he started to conduct investor relations of Dogan Holding in 2003. Mr. Ozer has been appointed as the CEO of TME as of July 1st, 2010.

Mrs. Borisova joined the company in 2011. Prior to this post, she was the Head of Finance, in major international companies in Russia including Scania Group, Honeywell and Birds Eye Iglo Group, where she worked for over 15 years in finance. Graduated from Russian Economy Academy named by G.V.Plekhanov Department of Trade and Economics.

Mr. Hanli born in 1967 joined the Company and Dogan Group  as of September 1, 2007. Mr. Hanli was a Senior Attorney-at-law in some International & European Law firms in Brussels (1994-2004) and recently in Pekin & Pekin (2004-2007) and Caga & Caga Law Firm (2007-    ) in Istanbul in the field of International, European and Turkish Corporate, Commerce & Competition, Banking & Finance, Audio-Visual, Media & Entertainment, Telecommunication, ICT, Energy, IPR, Privatization, Project Finance, Foreign Investment, Arbitration, Sport (FIFA & UEFA), Aviation, Maritime & Space Laws. Mr. Hanli graduated from Ankara University Law School (LL.B), Université Catholique de Leuven Law School (LL.M), VUB & HARVARD Law Schools (Ph.D, Juris Doctor) in “International Law & Business”. Mr. Hanli is a Senior Attorney-at-law admitted in Ankara (1990), Brussels (1994) and International Bars. Mr. Hanli is fluent in Turkish, English and French, and speaks Dutch.

Nami Adsiz, born in 1968, graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Management in 1990. He worked in Treasury in banking sector both private and state owned for 14 years, before joining Energy sector within Areva (2 years).
He has joined Dogan Media Group in 2006. He was the TME purchasing committee member in Dogan Media Group, responsible for Cash Management appraisal. After the purchase from London Stock Exchange, He worked in Paris headquarter between 2007-2008 as Group Treasurer.
In 2010, Nami worked in Moscow Office as Group Finance Manager. He has been promoted as Vice President in 2011 responsible of corporate finance function.
